The only reason this place has survived is because there is no competition . Worth it to drive to Spruce Grove or even Edmonton to get decent customer service . They act like they are doing you a favour taking your money and treating you poorly. It may be staffed by cat ladies…..that’s the vibe

Have always had great customer service from this Registry! Been there a couple of times and sometimes there is a line-up but they are pretty quick and very helpful and friendly when approached! The employees all were very helpful throughout the process and will be visiting them again for any future needs! Great registry!

Had an awesome experience at Stony Registries today. The wait was quick, which could have been timing but I was there right at 9:30am. Both the ladies I dealt with were super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I overheard other people being helped in an equally friendly and kind manner. Such a nice change of pace from some of the registry office I have visited before!

Came to take my road test twice & the driving instructors are very kind & are very helpful with taking the road test, also the lady waited patiently for me to take my test even though she didn't have to, I recommend taking your road test here. Very kind people who work here. Thank you so much, God bless.
