Went into transfer car ownership. Lady didn’t know what she was doing and showed her lack of experience and/or training. Tried to redeem the two months left on the insurance and it was worse.
Office was Broadmore and it looked like she was left on her own for the New years holiday. Management has to take a large share of the blame IMO. Go elsewhere.

I’m not sure if an advisor called Vanessa still work here. She is very rude, unprofessional and impatient. She didn’t follow up well with her client and force the client purchase the insurance . She is very push and aggressive. If you don’t purchase insurance from her, she will block you. By the way, her quote is always higher than other advisor. Please don’t choose this advisor Venessa and this company

There is an advisor called Vanessa. She is a typical double-faced person.She is very mean and impatient to girls. She only wants to serve male clients with experience insurance. If your insurance cannot give her lots of commission, she will not reply to your messages. Her quote is always 30-35% higher than other advisor’s quote. After you made the payment, she is missing. You cannot expect professional answers from her. So my suggestion is. DON’T CHOOSE VANESSA!!!!! Don’t CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
