xtremely unprofessional service and zero follow-up!
Over two weeks ago I called regarding my boyfriend’s car insurance. I was told they would call him to confirm that I can handle the matter on his behalf, since he works long hours and does not speak English. They never called.

This Wednesday I called again and was told: “All agents are busy, we will call you today or tomorrow.” Nobody called.

More than two weeks have passed with no action. Completely unreliable and disrespectful to customers’ time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
