It just makes sense to work with a broker to get the best rate, and to get pre approval so you know what you can shop for when looking at a home. When it came time to the actual buying-there were SO MANY things involved that we didn’t expect and the bank was absolutely frustrating to deal with, we were so glad to have Mike in our corner to fight for us. He was fantastic at explaining things to us, taking care of details, and dealing with the bank on our behalf. Seriously, if it weren’t for him we would have been walking away. USE A BROKER, it’s worth it!
