I switched from another banking company that I had been with for over 15 years. Immediately I had much better service, no wait time, lower rates and it's supporting a local family company too. I wished I had switched several years ago if I knew. With the big national company I always had long waits, poor service, no care and stress when I needed help. Star agencies were completely opposite and when I was in an accident they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend switching to them, it's well worth your time and effort.
