Had the most wonderful phone call from Kami today (in the 26ish year my husband has had insurance never has he been called and asked if he would like them to have a look to see if they could find lower insurance), although we weren’t able to lower our monthly fee’s even though she did try! She was absolutely the most delightful knowledgeable associate. My husband and I appreciate you checking into our account very much.

I been with Spruceland insurance for year and even after take over service is as good or better in fact.
Give them a try you won’t be sorry teason we been with them for 30 years service and decent costs as they shop for decent prices but more important good coverage which is number one.

I don't leave bad reviews about anything, this was and is disgusting. My vehicle insurance gets cancelled due to some trailer paperwork which I don't own. Then policy gets cancelled on 23rd March 2024 and I get a phone call today, 9th July 2024. No email from Broker or registered mail to notify me. I do 200 km a day, imagine I got pulled over or into a accident!! There should be some kind of accountability for this kind of behavior! Disgusting! Brokers should make a HUGE POINTin notifying the policy holder as this could cost them there livelihood..... I'm done with these money hungry mindless people
