Michelle was absolutely amazing … she made the process of buying my first home so seamless and stress free. She explained every detail for me and walked me through each and every step.

At one point, she was even willing to lose me as a client due to a better mortgage rate I found elsewhere. That better rate did not end up working out (sketchy company), however, Michelle was willing to help me through that process as well. I rarely leave Google reviews but it would be a disservice if I didn’t share with the world the incredible service I received from Michelle Buonfiglio, a mortgage specialist at Spark Financial. I was using a different mortgage broker for the last 15 years. Long story short, my long time mortgage broker demanded my trust and just wanted to close my mortgage with another lender without explaining the details nor allowing me to feel like I’m making the best decision. I was so fortunate to be introduced to Michelle. I expressed my frustration and explained my situation. In just 30 minutes of talking with her she felt like family. She steered me in the right direction, gave me all of my options and most importantly she mapped out all of the numbers which included the rate, payment amount, interest paid and balance. With a full comprehensive comparison I was finally able to make the best decision that I felt comfortable with. Michelle, you’re amazing at what you do! I only wish I met you 15 years ago! I can’t thank you enough for eliminating the stress we had from feeling misguided and almost rushed into another mortgage.
