Friendly showhome staff, they answered all of our main questions and texted us back answers to the rest. SouthPointe has an excellent price point for all of the show homes we looked at. Nice low property tax rate, and no hidden fees (no HOA, no condo fees). There is a ton of green space all along the parks and walking paths. It was only a 40 minute drive from the south side of Edmonton to here on Henday!

Parking is enough to make me want to move out of it. Houses are so close together and 1 car length per Boulevard per 2 houses. Hate parking down the block from my house but nice people and neighborhoods once you find a parking spot

Easy to navigate, very beautiful houses. Nice quiet neighbourhoods. Schools are very accessible. Definitely family oriented whether just starting out, well settled or downsizing.

SouthPointe is a new area being built in Fort Saskatchewan. I like the close access to the hospital as you never know when a facility like that will be needed. The lake area looks like it will need nice in the summer, I'll have to come back and check it out then. Nice showhomes to stop and check out too.

We love Southpointe! We have lived in the community for 5 years now and we love how quiet and safe it is. There are so many great walking paths and shopping nearby. The K-9 school is a great asset!
