Tessa did a great job assessing my needs and creating a customized orthotic. They are produced locally in house and the turn around time is very quick. They also offer early morning appointments which work great with my busy schedule. Would highly recommend

Absolutely five stars for Kathleen Klement at SoleScience! After a recent ankle fusion surgery, I was unsure about the next steps for recovery and learning to walk again but Kathleen made the process of getting orthotics incredibly smooth and reassuring. Her deep knowledge, passion, and willingness to educate at every step truly set her apart from pedorthists I had worked with in the past. She took time to understand my specific needs and ensured I felt supported throughout. I’m now walking more comfortably and better than I ever expected—highly recommend!

I was very impressed with my experience getting an assessment, and eventually custom-made orthotics after I met with Jeff Walker at Sole Science.

First, the store itself is very bright and airy and pleasant. The email communication about my appointments and all the arrangement of documentation from my physician was very efficient.

Jeff had a very pleasant demeanour, explaining everything cheerfully and clearly. He put me at ease and made me felt very confident about the experience of getting my first orthotics and clearly showing me the benefits to my foot health that I would gain.

I was impressed with the quality and comfort of the orthotics themselves, and how well they fit into the variety of existing footwear that I owned.

I would highly recommend Sole Science for custom orthotics, and Jeff as a provider.

Despite some trepidation about the industry, Jeff W overcame my reservations and provided an amazing experience. (Maybe life altering?)

He answered all my questions, suggested the ideal path to recovery, and put me at ease. I wish I'd given them a visit sooner, as relief can start immediately. He helped me understand my Plantar fasciitis, and understand that orthotics are a tool but not necessarily a lifetime commitment.

They have expertise, top notch facilities, and I felt like a patient, not a customer. It's easy to recommend them.
