Rented a bin for throwing stuff out during a house sale in Thorhild. Always prompt for pickup and the bin was a good size / decent shape.

My family takes a large bag of bottles every 2 months and we usually get around $60. On the weekend my family had an enormous amount of bottles, a full truck bed and inside of the cargo seats was full of bags of bottles. Judging from the size of the bag we take every 2 months, we estimated our bottles at around $500 and got half of that. After reviewing the receipt, we noticed lots of missing items, like the dozens of 2L and over plastics we brought and were not counted. After complaining of this huge error, he offer us another $50 dollars What about the rest? You ripped us off largely and I only want what I brought in and what's fair. I hope others start to realize what you are doing to your valued customers. This is a terrible place to take your bottles in.

Love the staff at the Smoky Lake Bottle Depot. Friendly, courteous,polite and go above and beyond in service. Today Gerald brought my cash and receipt to me sitting outside on the bench. Great crew,easy access. Recycling. 🇨🇦
