I was an out of province walk in and was assigned Kelly Nelson as my insurance advisor. Within the hour I walked out with a policy. Ms. Nelson was very knowledgeable and polite and did all she could to get me the best rate possible. Im paying $116.99 for my old ugly car. Then I just moved this January to City and I called them that I moved this year. Then there's a woman on the phone saying that Ok you'll get your pink card on your new address. After that she told me that there will be changes on my insurance but she never told me that my insurance will be up double the price which is not worth for my car. For liability only, they charge me $217.59 and the girl over the phone never told me this price change,, THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHANGE THE PRICE AND THEY DONT EVEN CALL BACK.
Don't ever come to this insurance company. You'll regret this. They change the price without you knowing it.

I talked to them to cancel my policy and they said ok. AND I ASK THEM WHY THEY DIDNT TELL THE PRICE CHANGE AND THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE TELL THEN I ASK THEM WHY THEY DONT TELL ME. THEY DIDNT ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS FROM THIS PLACE ABOUT THIS ISSUE SO THEY CAN CHANGE to better insurance company.
