I have been dealing with smarttax for the last 3 years, and there service is amazing. With myself working on the road, I can just give them a call, explain my situation and all documents are sent and signed all through email. Everything is always done correctly and very great people to work with. Highly recommended company to get your taxes completed.

I’ve been meaning to do a review of their services for some time. I was using the one in Sherwood park for probably 6 years or so. They were good to me for the first 3 years I think then I got switched from Sonia to Tonya and I really struggled to get a response from her via email , she never answered my questions, I would have to ask them multiple times. I had to call her and ask if she’s receiving my emails. She was always nice in person but not very professional to me. I don’t know what it was but I just seemed to be put on the back, back burner even though I would be paying sometimes 2 grand for their services. If I had to do business taxes again I would never go back there. I hope it’s was just me for some reason and they are good to others. I don’t know…

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I initially took my tax return documentation to a large tax return company who will remain nameless, but you all know who they are. I will not discuss that debaucle in this review; however I will sing the praises of Smarttax Inc. They took my documentation after the deadline and did everything in their power to get it filed. And they did it … no excuses, no blaming, no surcharge, quick follow ups … perfect service. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days. Thank you Smarttax for your exceptional service and care. I will refer all I know to your company. You took the stress away🤗🤗
