I took my driving test there, and the staff is welcoming and kind. My examiner was very calm, professional, and reassuring. I wish everyone could have an examiner like him because he is great (10421). At the end, he explained my mistakes and what I should improve on. Very good examiner and staff, I had a great experience at this Registry.

One of the assistants was locked out of the vehicle system so it was a bit slower than usual today.

But the ladies working were very friendly and patient.

Also this registry seems to generally have a shorter wait time than most in the area.

Excellent and helpful staff! So impressed! Also all 3 of my kids did their drivers tests with Leif, 10 stars for how he relates to kids pass or fail. Highly recommend sending your kids here for their road tests!

had a wonderful experience for my road test! he took time to explain and truly teach me, as well as being a very friendly person and knowledgeable about vehicle use. I highly recommend coming here as i previously had bad experiences doing the road test at other places.

I visited the registry today and the lady that supposed to help us was extremely unhelpful, we went to ask more info about how I can exchange my Greek driver license to Alberta driver license and her comment was : a lot of immigrants are coming to the country right now and all of them are applying for driver license…
Excuse me Who asked you what other people are doing I’m coming there and pay to ask my questions. She didn’t even ask us to show our permeant residency, she just told us go to a translator by yourself and bring us the proofs back, and we gonna judge if you can take the class 7 license and the road test. I mean I just passed my knowledge test so I assumed I DESERVE IT !! You can explain to THE COSTUMERS the steps are these, not acting like figure it out by yourself. You are there to help the people not to judge them!
Please do better this is a costumer service job you can make the people feel welcome and offer them a nice experience in the place that you work. And relax they are better registries in the town that they are doing better job!

After 2 straight issues ive had unresolved with this registry that where taken care of no problem at the wye location both from the same employee, I have came to the conclusion this employee just makes up their own rules. No there is no conflict of interest if you work at a dealership and are the sales person on your own bill of sale

There was a lady at registry having box shaped big square face. Shes probably in her 50s. She lacks manners to talk to customers. Lack of knowledge, lack work ethics. Customer service at Worst.
I mean if i have read the reviews before i arrived at this location i would have gone to another registry.

Wonderful staff there. I was there last minute and in a bit of a crunch and a little out of sorts and the lady that served me was beyond helpful. Thank you so much. Went back today (October 2024) different staff were there, but just as nice and helpful.
