Originally I picked this branch because of the location being close to me. When I moved away I kept it was my main branch because I found it just as effective calling in if I had any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, when I had my first accident I had lots of questions and worries. I called because I needed to know the process and steps moving forward especially in regards to my policy after the accident. I tried to get a hold of someone and when I did, they told me they're busy and will get back to me when they can. I waited for FOUR days and when I called they just kept telling me they're busy. It was until I had enough and decided to change branches they reached out to me. It's just when I need to get a hold of someone for questions I shouldn't have to wait so long, especially after having an accident. I am giving it two stars because Shelly is fantastic and knowledgeable, but the wait for support was just too long for me.
