Finally someone who answers the phone and provides service even after the mortgage is done!! Sheldon is always there to provide assistance for current mortgages, and advice for future plans. With high turnover rates at standard banks and other lending institutions, it's nice to know there is someone that will always be there to help with ongoing needs long after the deal is done. Sheldon offers above and beyond service for equal or better rates than the big banks.
