There are 2 types of mechanics in this world one's that will suck you dry and take every penny you got and others that are honest and genuine. Shane is one of the really good mechanics on the island! I trust he did a great job with our car. They really love what they do that's why I feel in good hands when I visit this place ! Highly recommend them!

Shane went out of his way to have our vehicle back to us as promised including a no pressure update on our vehicles state and possible way forward to get that work done. Great shop and attitude where I actually felt like an important customer that mattered.

I brought my car in , For general look at why it Wasn’t running right as well as an overheating issue . I was very straightforward and asked for a price before proceeding with the work , A girl called me and asked me To clarify what they were doing , I told her I wanted a general diagnoses And then she told me she would call me back with a price.

A few days later I had gotten a call to tell me that the work has been completed
( without my concent ) I Go there to pick up my car , I am presented with $1000 bill , My engine misssing it’s covers In the drive way , Tank on Empty . For the thousand dollars They had replaced a thermostat , And apparently had to buy Additional hosing. From the looks of things, they did a good job on the thermostat as my car No longer overheats , (although I never gave them the go ahead to do the work I am thankful that the overheating issue has been solved. )

I brought the car there to diagnose the problems And get back to me before proceeding with ANY WORK! , leaving me with a high bill . Instead, they fixed what They thought necessary , Not diagnosing why the car was acting up in the first place .

I feel my car now runs worse than when I brought it in ! Constant misfiring , Unable to drive !

And still, I do not know the problem - Scared to bring it back into them for a diagnosis when clearly the first time they just took advantage of my situation and did not diagnose anything on my car other than an obvious overheating problem .

If they would’ve just listened to the simple instruction of a paying customer before proceeding with what they deemed necessary work , I would’ve been able to make an adequate decision of whether or not car was worth putting the money into or if it would just be more suitable to buy a new car .

They went ahead and did the work Without Clarifying anything with me, They did not diagnose why my car is running like garbage , And I got a massive bill - When I should’ve gotten the diagnosis that I was paying for .. running like trash I still do not know what is wrong with my vehicle.

I will note that the staff is very polite , However If are looking for a diagnosis of a problem, i sadly would not recommend this business !

Took our vehicle to Shane for an out of province vehicle inspection, when the check engine light wouldn’t clear he was able to identify the problem and fix it very quickly! Very happy with the work that was done and now our car runs even better than it do before

Great service!
These guys were friendly, and swift with rebuilding my alternator. Their courtesy car was unavailable, so one of the staff gave me a lift to work, while my truck was in their shop. This is what i remember what a local shop was like, when i grew up. I'm totally happy i brought my truck here. Thankyou, Shane and staff!
