THIS IS THE WORST INSURNACE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was with Johnson insurance for years than the sold to these guys. I never received a new pink card or policy information for 3 months. I also was in process of switching bank accts and was not able to get them a new void in a day the sent me a registered letter on non payment. In the time the letter was on its way I had them my new banking info and they still issued non payment even after I had spoke to them and they knew the details. Than when I asked to have resolved there attitude is nope you got the letter. It is my fault for switching accts so close to payment date but there were reasons for that as well. Do not insure with this company

Awful company to deal with. They went back on their word and were not honest whatsoever. If you signed up within the last 30 days, I'd recommend canceling before you're charged the cancellation fee. An absolute joke. Sorry for those who are stuck with these guys

Worst experience ever. Tried to get home and auto insurance policy, but it was a nightmare. The auto policy started at $160, then they said it was $182, and finally, at closing, the cost jumped to $210. It took 9 days to close auto policy, which was extremely frustrating, so I decided to cancel (the home policy was only 2 days old). The cancellation fee for the home insurance was a ridiculous $193. Really unprofessional and not trustworthy. Avoid at all costs!
