Not sure if this counts but I really wanted to review Kim Kaminski she’s a Financial advisor through the phone. She was extremely helpful, professional yet personable too. Never had that good of service in my life before.

Can't access branch if your the least bit handicapped. The whole north side walk an down both street are blocked with danger ice. No one is caring for it. I would have possibly been a new client but no access.

I opened a business account for my SMALL business and they gouge me for everything!!! The only thing I don’t pay for is looking at my account online. They delay everything on your account, you pay for one thing then 2 days later they take the money. So frustrating. They have an excuse for everything. Can’t wait to get a different bank account from a different bank.
