Horrible experience at this branch.. went in to get a debit card unlocked, the lady assured me it was "good to go" as she sent me on my way.. after racking up $270 worth of groceries at the till it got denied.. I checked my accounts and the funds where in there called the number on the back of my card they told me the card was never activated.. went back across town to deal with the same lady to get the issue resolved... boy was that a mistake.. after over a hour of her playing around with the machine and me asking if there was anyone else that could come help and her assuring me there was not. Another lady at the bank must have realized came over and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Over all not very impressed with the service not how I wanted to spend my last night off.

Not trusting. They will take money from your account without telling you and leave you with nothing. They have no empathy and are inconsiderate. Highly do NOT recommend this bank.
