Absolutely trash bank. Went to close my girlfriends bank account because they kept locking her account randomly. She asked for me to be there because she didn't know how todo it and she was nervous.

Bank manager pointed to a chair and told me to leave my gf alone with them because she doesn't want me there... before even asking her. Then my girlfriend told them she wants me there and they continued to apologize and justify what they just did... idiots.

Absolutely amazing staff, they actually care about you and your life! I went in for some American cash, and she made sure the bills were in good condition so I could exchange overseas. Nothing short of phenomenal would describe my experience with them!

The fact that they do not list their direct branch number online or anywhere makes no sense to me. To have to call one number, wait on hold for 10 minutes, give your name and phone number, hold again while they try to connect you to the branch you are looking for only for them to come back saying they were unable to reach them is a complete waste of time. The very hassle of this has led me to pull all of my financials to another bank and I won't be going back.

Love the people at the bank! Unfortunate you have to call the corporate number and deal with an intermediary to get branch access to actually chat with someone who works in Sylvan. A step backwards and a waste of time. It would be better to be able to call the branch directly imho.
