Probably the worst customer service of any bank out there. No way to contact your branch itself. Just a generic Customer Service Center that takes messages. In addition, the secure message method is always glitching and not allowing messages to send. No branch contact listings of managers or anything at all. Just all hiding behind a call center and convoluted process. Likely switching banks soon.

I always love this bank but a lovely gentleman, Tiago, made preparations for our trip out of country so much easier. He was so patient and friendly with us. He was even kind enough to ask where we were going and what we were doing, and he shared about his visit back home to Brazil. This bank never ceases to have a positive impact on me. Thank you for the amazing service!!!

DO NOT use Purush Veeraraghavan as a financial advisor. We had an absolutely horrible experience getting a mortgage with him and with this bank in general. We were constantly misinformed and his communication skills were seriously lacking. Never in my life have I had such a negative experience with a bank. I’ve banked at TD for years and I definitely recommend using them instead, they actually know what they are doing. Avoid this bank at all costs!

The staff at service is always wonderful. And their security for the customer's accounts is absolutely amazing. Not too long ago my debit card was cloned how I'm not sure but it was used in an online purchase. I received a text message from service saying that a suspicious transaction was trying to take place on my account. They froze my account immediately did not let any of the charges go through and I ended up going to a new debit card the lady on the phone from their fraud department was absolutely fantastic by telling me what she was doing sending an remail to my branch to explain the reasons why my account currently is frozen and to issue me a new debit card and to unfreeze the account at that time. It wasn't for a lot of money but the fact that they know what my spending habits are and making sure there are freezing the account immediately if they suspect fraud in any amount that is what I call protecting your customer asset.

We are travelling and not a member of Servus credit union. Cody was extra helpful in exchanging to $US. Thanks for helping out. We very much enjoyed our visit to Medicine Hat. Beautiful city.

In my life I've primarily dealt with the "big banks" and my wife have had enough a few years ago and moved all our business to Servus (this branch). We were dealt with very nicely from the moment we stepped into the branch. The friendliness of the staff is noted at every visit.

I went to certify a cheque.. only to discover they will not accept a bank card or credit card for payment. The tellers don’t apparently have debit machines at their wicket (which is completely untrue as I can see a debit machine directly to my right.) You must only pay with cash. So I went to their bank machine and I pulled out $20 from their machine which charges $3.50 only to discover that the charge for non members is actually $25. So, I had to go and get another $20 out of the machine and was charged another $3.50... so, total cost to get a draft was $32. I should note that Janice (the customer service rep was quite nice and is in no way responsible for this cumbersome operation) Janice handled the situation quite well.

Why oh why must this credit union be closed Sat AND Mon for Truth & Recon!!! I lost out on a vehicle purchase due to this closure and I will be closing my account and moving to a different financial institution!! What a farce , Servus, no service!
