I was just at this branch checking on my Master card and dealt with a heavy set girl at the second till she has false eyelashes.She was exceptionally patronizing and kept rolling her eyes as if I was stupid! Totally unprofessional, needs some work on her people skills.

We have a loan in this Bank and we asked for help if we can skip payment due to financial situation. But they said no because they can only allow 1 month skip payment for a year. I was wondering what kind of bank is this you are needing of help but they won’t help. They will let drowned in debt until you file bankruptcy and ended up with nothing. They told us that if we skip payment our credit score will get affected. WE are asking for help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANY ONE…They will let you belieave there here to help but it was ALL LIES…and they all say They CAN’T do anything about it….

Will never deal with this bank/credit union ever again.

Paid off our loan less 1 payment and lady at the desk said that there may be a $2 interest charge leftover. I asked her if they could just write it off since I did in fact just pay off there loan or if they wouldn’t to at least call me and I would come down and give her a toonie to clear it.
No call and no email so figured everything was good. Two weeks later a $400 payment comes out of my bank that I needed for alternate bills. Contacted them and they said they’d call back when could come pick up the $. No call again. Ended up going to the branch and then was told it would take 10 business days to get the funds back.
Then Called and emailed looking for a manager since this was not our issue and that if the employee did their job and what they said they were going to do this wouldn’t have happened.
Now I am delinquent on other payment’s because they can’t do their job?

Still haven’t received any call or email.

Their Customer service is a joke.

Do not go here and do not waste your (Time!) ! Warning ! If you have any unpaid credit cards it's considered Delunquincy. They do a soft credit check. I was trying to start a bank account, not get lone Or credit card. So you need a credit check to start a bank account here. You would think they would tell you that when you make the appointment over the phone.

No! So I was not accepted.

So I went to (Connect First Credit Union).
Without an appointment. They also did a soft credit check.
But they we're Very are understanding and I was able to start a bank account.

It was a wonderful experience.

With all these commercials on TV Trying to make business ,profit ,money. You would think thay would except my business..............? No.

Sure hope the CEO and the office boys hear about this. This is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed in Services Credit Union.

The help and support my husband and I get in this bank is fantastic, they are professional and courteous. Every member of staff that works here from the front desk manager to the teller staff etc will go out of their way to help in any way they can. I have not only had this experience myself but seen it first hand with other customers.
Supervisors supportive of staff with very positive attitude. When I use this bank it is like visiting with friends. Thank you Servus until next time.

Wasted an hour only to find out no teller can make a transaction...extremely frustrated.
