Management is joke. Constantly revolving so you’re never dealing with the same people. Online banking is always broken. Generally not helpful at all. I’ll never use a credit union again after dealing with this crooked corp.

Sat with a rep for 1 hour doing up paperwork to transfer my banking business from another bank because they were going to do wonderful things for me. Then after 2 weeks of waiting and believing that my direct deposits were going to that bank, I find out they won't take my loan that they said they would. I won't recommend this bank to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Crooks they stole over 1400.00 from me. They made a mistake on their part (I have legal proof on their wrong doing) and now they will not fix it. I have been polite up to this point but now I have a lawyer involved. Your money is not safe at this bank

I accidentally locked myself out of my online banking and Can’t get ahold of customer support to fix it! It’s been 4 days that I’ve been calling and no one will pick up.

I would give less stars but that’s not a choice. Online banking is always down. Cards don’t work at certain stores. The customer service center NEVER answers the phone. It’s the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I will be changing banks because they are absolutely terrible.

This week I had the need to call the contact center on 3 or 4 occasions.... Each time the wait to speak to the first contact was unbearably long... This afternoon, after I had waited for 15 minutes, I hung up and drove to the branch...It is unusual for a business to realize the poor impression they are making before anyone has even spoken...Please hire more staff.
