By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. My card has been shut off multiple times within 3 weeks over small normal purchases. Whether it's a store or a restaurant. they shut if off as if someone stole my card. I proceeded to talk to them about the issue and even get a new card just for the same things to happen. When you call to fix the problem they ask for an unbelievable amount of information such as who is depositing into your account and the exact name of the deposit. they also make you check your email for verification codes and even ask for the specific day you last used your card. if you fail to provide that they ask even more questions. after all of that time on the phone you then get your card declined because you bought 150 dollars worth of groceries. I would love to find the reason for you to use a bank if you cannot access your own money unless you pull and pull for them to unlock YOUR CARD. I highly suggest to never do any business with servus because they can't even serve you even though it's in the name of the bank.

Worst bank ever ! Accusations of money laundry because I deposited a Chq below 100K . Proof of fund provided and verification call was made but still couldn't withdraw my money. It took 13 days to be able to get finally a draft and close my account. No manager to talk to and the assistant manager promised me to call me back and escalate this matter ..but OFC no call back received. Just to let you know , first google the review before opening any account so you know where are you banking. The person who opened my account was super friendly however both tellers and assistant manager are horrible.
Ps : you daily ATM limit is only $500 and they restricted me to withdraw over the counter. Questioning why do you need the money for It's too much? Money laundry and stupid things. I called a law firm and wanted to escalate this matter however I was able to close my account and get a draft . Don't even waist your time in Servus Credit and do not expect any customer service from the tellers and no manager to talk to . I wish if I can rate this place ZERO or even below Zero if possible!

I just got out of an appointment with someone who was the most condescending and patronizing person--- and who kept insisting on giving me information that I felt wasn't pertinent as to Why I came in, in the first place. And this after many of my friendly direct attempts to get us back on track as to why I'd come to see them today and what I did or didnt care to discuss with them in a 1st time meeting. I came to get one question answered... and it should have been a lot easier than she made it out to be. I would like to leave only 1 star, but am giving 2 because she *seemed* genuinely worried about leaving me a lot worse than she found me (it might have been an act though.. I felt she created a lot more unnecessary stress in this meeting than was obligated to, and was persistent to see me upset even after I tried multiple times to avoid particular banking topics of conversation)(and then she even Ended the meeting on the subject I made very clear I didn't care to discuss with her, once again.. in a very patronizing way). I wont be considering this bank in the future regardless of what my situation might be, and I highly suggest avoiding this branch until they maybe work on some of their people skills/customer service ability.

I was given an appointment. We waited for an hour. We were refused. I don't understand why they should make an appointment and then refuse?
Avoid this bank! Do not waste your nerves and time! Terrible service!

Good service, nice people in general, but I had a little disappointment. A branch predominantly Chinese; they have hand written signage in Chinese but not in English. Several times I mentioned that I would like to know what it says but the second and third time I returned to the branch it was still only in Chinese.

for a place named servus, the service sucks brah many times many issues no fixes. would probably steal your left kidney before actually helping you with banking needs.
