I've visited this Salmon Arm office twice in the last few months. I need to say this, I feel there is an inaccuracy with the reviews here. This office is being negatively tagged due to a lack in service over telephone. I'm thinking that calls are routed to a central office or at least not this one, because both times I've been in here I have been communicated to with respect and they have been very helpful with correcting errors in my paperwork. Also, when it has been busy, they have put me in the waiting que and allowed me to run other errands in town and still have my spot upon my return. This felt like just a small touch of a small town approach. ...just thankful for my good experience.

Excellent service received today from Officer Jeff and the lady at the reception. It took 30 minutes to finish the whole process, and they both explained every step of the it. Thank you for the service.

Pretty much 1 person running the whole office. As I sit here waiting, there is no one at the front desk so many people are coming in and leaving.

Worst service I have ever seen. 153 calls ahead of you. Then when they do answer you get cut off. If I could give zero stars I would. And the call goes to Ontario not Salmon Arm B.C.

They say they'll call you, they never do.

Please take that message off your "on hold message" you won't call me. You haven't for a month So please stop telling me to hang up and wait for you to call.
