After checking the hours on-line, I decided that, if I hurried, I’d make it before they close at 5pm. When I got there I was greeted by a rather unfriendly woman who immediately jumped up & questioned why I was there the second I was thru the door. When I told her I had a cheque to cash she told me that I couldn’t because the tellers, who were still there behind their counter, stop “telling” at 4pm. Well!! It doesn’t say that in the website, it just says open till 5:00. And usually most people going to the bank are looking for teller services, aren’t they? I then asked her why are you still open then, what’s the point? and she told me “well, I can come out and assist you or others at the ATM”. …..?…?…?.

Theres a very kind and friendly asian lady that gives wonderful service other than that i dont have any postive things to say . Just as well that the bank didn't exist at that location. i’ll never use that bank again

After getting atrocious service from another branch, I came here (close to their closing time) and the ladies went above and beyond for me and helped me out so much. They were so patient and kind, and really know how to treat their customers! Great group of women and phenomenal service from them.

Absolutely ridiculous bank. No tellers and the atms wouldn’t take my deposit. Tried again and the machine took my cash and told me to dial a number THE CASH NEVER WENT IN MY ACCOUNT!
