I have a bad experience with my previous bank so I decided to switch to Scotiabank. It is my first time to be in Scotiabank Strathmore to open an account and I was assisted by Lisa (i hope I got her name right) shes very patient and polite. She was able to assist me with all of my queries. I also have Mitch as my financial advisor and I am so impressed on how efficient he is, he is knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He gets things done in a reasonable amount of time. I am so happy that they treated me well, most of the staffs are polite. They really give a very good first impression to me. Plus points for the cute pets inside.

Very helpful with our finances. We switched from ATB Financial to Scotiabank because ATB wouldn't help us get our debts under control. The people at Scotiabank Strathmore were lifesavers, I cant thank them enough!

Terrible experience over and over again. No call back after leaving messages.
Used to pay no fees on my account but they can't seem to find what type of an account that was. Manager changed my account in the first place then I asked to put it back to what ever account I had previously but was told the basic account is the seniors account and now I'm paying $70.00 in service charges per month.

Would suggest the hour drive to Calgary, this branch is useless. Booking appointments, mortgage approval, transfer issues; they have trouble doing it all. Staff is very young and unprofessional, also shocked that these people are handling my money. Tellers are helpful, that's about the only positive I can think of.

I am not sure where all the negative reviews came from ? Everything about this branch is awesome. Made appointments easily and quickly, knowledgeable staff, friendly staff . Moved all my banking here from BMO and TD, business and personal . Feels like I am home at last ❤️❤️❤️

I went to Scotiabank in Strathmore and asked if Scotiabank can transfer money to Panama using the international money transfer. They checked and said yes we can. I opened an account and put money in the account.
I am now in Panama, and guess what, Scotiabank can not transfer money to Panama using the international money transfer.
I am not happy.
