“When HUB Insurers began dropping stratas about 2019 (fires and floods, zooming insurance rates) we at our17-unit strata in White Rock, BC, were among many needing to find new insurance providers. We fortunately found Schill Insurance Brokers. I’ve since moved and landed on council at the current strata where the members were dismayed by insurance raises. I recommended switching to Schill based on that former experience. We did switch and after three years have found dealing with Sarah Taylor, Schill Insurance Specialist, responsive and helpful. Annual increases are standard but we find Schill's are reasonable and would recommend Schill Ins. Brokers to strata councils looking to change insurers.
