On more than a couple occasions, the guys at Scammell have risen far above what is expected with outstanding customer sevice. I totally understand that dealing with used cars can bring unexpected surprises, but their response to any issue I have had more than fixes the problem. this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Scammell and I must say that this will be the only place I purchase future cars. The team at Scammell Auto were amazing from start to finish in the buying process of my Jetta. Buying a car is a big deal, and I needed one quick. The car lot was easy to browse, and my interaction with staff was very straightforward and not pushy. I got to take my time to find what I liked, and if I had any questions, the salesperson was very knowledgeable. Dylan worked fast with the bank to get me approved, offering me borrowing options and solutions specific to my borrowing needs. Before I knew it, I was driving my car home. Dylan was super helpful even after I had made the purchase, and I still feel welcomed . It feels nice to support a locally owned business and not from a used car lot owner by the big guys. Dylan and Jordan were awesome to work with. Absolutely no pressure and had several options within my budget. Really happy with my decision! I experienced a little hiccup with my vehicle, Dylan responded right away with options and solutions and made sure I was looked after right until the end. He truly cared about my situation and my safety.

I have been looking for a car for my daughter for 9 months. Scammell found the honda for me that was at my price range, I could afford.Keeping my daughter and grandson safe was still important to me with a limited budget.
