We had some service work done on our van. From start to finish the staff were polite and courteous and great to deal with. While the van was there they found other issues that were covered under warranty! Felt treated like a human not a number.

My husband planned a surprise for my birthday and Jim Baiden was in on. The experience was so amazing. Jim Baiden handled and explained all the paperwork. He took almost an hour explaining everything we needed to know about our new electric car. He never feels like a salesman. He makes you feel like family!! We have purchased from them before and when I bought my used last car I was treated like I was buying a brand new one. My husband uses their mechanic service exclusively. He wouldn't think of trusting his fleet of Dodge Rams to any other shop. S&B Keswick Motor staff are always eager to help, beyond friendly, and so knowledgeable. Thank you Jim and everyone at S&B for taking care of us all these years!!! You are the best!!!

Diagnosed and repaired effectively and efficiently.
Asked for a bit better price as work issues were troublesome . Was told “ I’ll see what I can do” within 3 mins the bill was put through on visa over phone, not a penny difference and I’m sure no effort was made to even discuss it up the ladder.
Any bit would have helped.
Otherwise. Happy to have my car repair done there.

Bang on service, was in and out the same day when I thought it would be a 2 day job. Service department staff are super friendly and very easy to deal with!! Sales side are great to deal with as well, no sneaky sales techniques here, just honest discussions about what the final price out the door will be. They may be a smaller dealership but here you are not just a number but a person. 5 plus stars!!

I brought my 2023 Ram in for its first scheduled service recently, and the folks at S&B were very accommodating. I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 not as a reflection on S&B themselves, but out of concern for Stellantis selling a product ( in this case, a rust proofing and undercoat package- with the same product code as 11 years ago) that does not require any support from any dealer except the one that sold the package.
Beyond that issue, i think S&B has done an adequate job, with kind service, and my truck is running well and looking good

If you live outside of Kes then know the family who owns the dealership wants you back when you need that 2nd car. And if you live here, then it’s real easy to be loyal. We’re 3 purchases in, and I’ll be back when we need the next one. I think 5 stars suits them best.
