Worst experience.She entered my DOB wrong and i am still suffering. Eventhough not getting any tax return and NOA. She told me call CRA and they will help you. It's been five months CRA is not responding well.

Zero customer service. One who is filing the tax, she doesn’t know how to deal with customers and nobody pick the call and no reply to messages. Rude behaviour and Wastage of time. She needs to work on her way of talking. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are other very good tax companies in market, go with that.
