I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff at Sands and Associates. When I started researching debt relief options, I was nervous to say the least. How had I let my debt get so bad? A friend of mine recommended me to Sands, and my trustee Regina and the other staff I dealt with were just wonderful. I was so worried about feeling judged during the process, but they were all so kind and reassuring. This is my testimony of a wonderful experience with Annette from Sands & Associates.
I had a lot of debt and it seemed impossible to deal with. After gathering all the information and having a video call with Annette, all my questions were dealt with in a courteous, professional and patient manner. I understood my options clearly and the plan presented to me was exceptional well thought out. All the numbers started to make sense. I felt like an umbrella was held over my head and I had shelter from all my debt.

At first I saw adds on Facebook. I started searching Sands & Associates read all details and give them a call. The staff are very nice, understandable and so knowledgeable. After they got my information the next day I got a call from Larisa she was so good on her job helping people like me. She was so understanding, respectful, she has a very good attitude. After 2 years she still helping me if I have some concerns. If you need help for your consumer proposal and have good deal for all your debt I highly recommended Sands & Associates. Sands & Associates have been a life saver especially Marianne Ting. She was very supportive, understanding, caring and practical to my bankruptcy. I am 74 years of age and I have been supporting my older sister, who lives on a fixed income, as well as myself. She lives in Phoenix and helping her financially, it is double the amount because of USA rate exchange. I have never in my life missed a payment, so this was very hard for me to take bankruptcy. Marianne made it so easy for me, I wished I had done this earlier. I contacted other agencies, but Marianne was so positive, caring, understanding and placed no judgment on me, as the agency did and it was frightening to talk to them. The staff at Sands & Associates were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended Sands & Associates to anyone who needs to get their finances in order, as they are doing to me.
