I have been a client of Sandler Milton, under Andrew Wall going on 5 years. It has been a difficult but terrific experience! When I first joined, we were 4 years into a new, difficult business and confidence and pricing were an issue. Our attrition rate was 30-40% each year. Since January of 2019, I have been enrolled with Sandler Training in their Sales program.
It has made a huge difference in how I approach and speak to potential clients/members.
Ryan showed me how to get the most out of every conversation I have, while also saving time during meetings and limiting the time I used to chase after prospects.
We worked on goals broken down quarterly so they are easier to track and obtain.
The first quarter of 2019 I missed my goal by 1 sale. In the past that would have deterred me, but with Sandler Training I realized it should motivate me; which it did.
