We loved our trailer but would not recommend the way they get you to spend extra money. We were told that after the extended period ended that we would get our money back if we didn't use the warranty on anything. After a while I called to ask that if I canceled at that time would I get some money back. This was because we hardly used the trailer and figured we wouldn't need the warranty. I was told that I would have to wait until the end of the policy.
Fast forward to us selling the trailer, I called and was told to call the company dealing with the policy. I did so and was told we were only getting 700 back!! They told us if we called earlier we would have had more. It actually goes down as time goes on even though we didn't use the warranty.
We had asked at the time of purchase if we would definitely get all the money back and was told yes. Lesson learned! Read your contact thoroughly don't always believe what you're told.

We viewed our second hand trailer in Nisku, Andrew was very helpful, he answered all our questions and didn’t pressure us for a sale.
We bought it when there was still snow and they had no issue holding it until it was closer to camping season. We picked up the trailer from the Morinville office. All the deficiency items noted during the walk through were resolved immediately. They were also fantastic about the couple of items we noted within the 3 months after we had picked it up.
The sales centre was very welcoming and the service centre was organized and tidy. All the staff knew their jobs and were great to deal with. We will definitely be checking their stock for our next camper.

I purchased my first holiday trailer a couple of years ago. So far, all the people I have dealt with have been fantastic, from sales to finance to service. I have even called the service for advice, and they were very helpful.

Dale, Fernando Dwayne, Maddie service department everybody At our city went above and beyond very professional very knowledgable a pleasure to deal with before buying a trailer new or used stop at RV city first they truly are step above everybody else and the customer service is top shelf second to none and very understanding I should know I change my mind three times on the trailer one the deal was done and they had no problem accommodating me And management is amazing Not like other places out there, I won’t mention any names if you haven’t used RV city for even the simplest little thing up to a big purchase you must give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I'm extremely disappointed. Yes I understand buying used could come with some kinks but I didn't expect to pay for something with the bottom of the slide rotted out. And i mean rotted, not just water damaged. They're supposed to have trained techs that know their stuff inspecting this sort of stuff.
I don't suggest dealing with them.

!UPDATE!

Leigh got in touch with me and we have discussed the problems in which neither of us were at fault but they're assuming the responsibility. They have offered to replace the slide over winter. I will update in a few months when I get my trailer back and inspect the quality of work.

Had a pretty major issue with our RV (slideout)when we were camping, we were driving through Morinville on our way home and they were so amazing. Customer service is 100% the best we have ever dealt with. They took a quick look, the mechanic said he had time and fixed it right the and there. We were gone in an hour... I WISH we had purchased from them, as our dealer didn't seem to care and wouldn't book us in for a diagnosis until end of August! This is the second time we have dealt with RV city on the fly (they fixed our furnace last year) and I woukd 100% recommend them for their friendly service and genuine care of customers alone. Next time we purchase anything RV related, we will be returning here.

RV City was very helpful in finding a camper to fit my family. The trailer was very clean and surprisingly shiny despite being 11 years old. Andrew and Maddi were great to deal with.

Summary in 1 word, BRUTAL! Sales was half decent but anything afterward was ridiculous. The 2 best days with my $70K Jayco trailer was the day a picked it up and the day I sold it 2 years later. Goodbye overpriced junk! Onto a completely different make and I'm glad I did. The warranty they rave about was almost the worst part of the entire deal. In the photo was how they attempted to repair the bow in the wall after 2 years of warranty battles! Hammered that 2x4 in so tight it left a permanent dent in the other side. "Sealed underbelly" we paid for was Essentially plastic cardboard and the mouse control we paid for just flat out was a scam. I can go on and on, and so should you.... else where.
