Very bad customer service and while I was talking to her she hanged up on me. They have been increased my premium without taking my authority and that’s fine but when I was trying to cancel my insurance then she said I have to pay the cancellation fee and why would I be paying that fee.I need to see the agreement where it says that without the client authorisation you can increase the premium and start the one year insurance. If they have informed me at the starting that premium will be increased and then I will not be continuing the insurance with them.
I am not going to pay the cancellation fee. They dont even deserve one star. Romi is spending so many money on the RedFM advertisements and their team doesn’t have a thing which can inform the clients prior to extend and increase the insurance premiums.

I have problems with insurance after hail damage . I call romi sidhu office .they said u have to talk with them. That’s ur problem . They only care about their commissions. They only call for renewal the insurance. Be careful guys Read all the documents . Definitely not recommend đŸ‘ŽđŸ»

I've been a loyal customer for years, but recently they raised my premium by $80 with no explanation. Fine, whatever—I decided to cancel my policy well before the next payment was due. Now, out of nowhere, they're claiming I owe over $400! Even worse, they sent my account to collections without any prior notification. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scumbags

Completely disappointed about their services. Make sure, when you will come to speak with the office staff - they will not give you any answers, only ignoring you and your questions. In the middle of our conversation, the guy said us “I don’t want to speak with you, and left us. P.S. ask the following company about cancellation fee, you will be surprised

I've been with Desarajin home insurance for 7 years and always felt secure. Recently, I missed a payment, and things got frustrating. When I called for help, they didn't call back as promised. Another call led to a blunt response – pay up or get a new policy. When I contacted Desarajin directly, they told me to talk to my broker.

The problem? The broker's office, Romi Sidhu's, was not friendly. They made me feel like missing a payment was a big mistake. So, I decided to look elsewhere.

The guy I spoke to on the phone from Romi Sidhu's office added to my frustration. đŸ˜€ When I asked about options after missing a payment, he was rude. 😠 It felt like he treated it as a huge mistake, almost like I committed a sin.

I believe good customer service involves understanding and helping, especially when someone's going through a tough situation. Unfortunately, this person seemed more interested in making me pay than finding a solution or even explaining my choices.

This encounter with the representative left a lasting impression, making me feel undervalued as a customer. In contrast, when I reached out to the new insurance company, their representative was quick and helpful. It highlighted the stark difference in customer service between the two experiences.

Guess what? I found a new insurance with the same coverage, $100 cheaper per month, and the process was super quick. It made me realize that companies are fast when you're a new customer, but not so caring after that.

This whole experience left me disappointed. Romi Sidhu's office needs to be more understanding. If you're considering Desarajin based on a friend's recommendation, like mine from Sunny Samra, think twice. I've switched to a new company that values me, and I hope Desarajin learns from this. 😕 #InsuranceFrustration #CustomerServiceIssues
