Preferably avoid this place, Canada Post is here unfortunately though. Bad vibe, horrible service, even worse people, but that's what you'd expect. Visit here to ruin your day. Don't go unless you have to. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star, no option for zero 🙂

Rolufs is an eclectic store (all kinds of random stuff, part convenience store with Asian items, part luggage and clothing and part, well, Dollar plus store?) with a post office inside. There is usually one person doing everything - the front counter, the post office, stocking shelves, etc. So yes, as some comments suggest, you may have to wait 🤷. But a pretty good little place for what it is.

Twice hey have booked 1 king-size bed instead of 2 double beds. I have arranged transportation with them and to be on the safe side had a friend call them to make sure. My friend was told it wasn't confirmed when l clearly stated l needed transportation from airport. Took travel agent over 24 hours to get back to me. By that point l booked a garenteed driver elsewhere. Not thrilled. My friend and l boy bought clothing from rolufs and they fell apart. My friend hadn't even taken the tag off a 50 dollar blouse that was already coming apart at the seams. Not booking again with them

They have very poor customer service. They had my package for 2 weeks but when i went in to pick it up she gave me someone else's big parcel instead of mine. i went back in and returned it, the guy behind the desk said "we close in a half hour you might as well come back." I don't understand how a buisness can be "successfull" with poor customer service and reading these comments i see im not the first.

Roluf's Travel is a great little downtown Belleville gem! It's a postal centre and it's a great place to get your Passport photo. Roluf's is a travel specialist shop and as such a great place to being your vacation planning. When I got my Passport photo, I got a travel voucher for the full cost of the Passport photo! Bonus! They've also got what is probably the largest supply of luggage in the Belleville area now.

Wrong times on the slips. I got home and saw a slip that said I had a package waiting for me at the post office. The slip says they are open until 9pm on Fridays. I decided to walk the half hour walk down to the post office, and when I get there, the doors are locked and it's closed. Now, not only do I have to go out of my way to come back tomorrow, I also have just lost an hour of my time. FIX THE SLIPS TIMES!!!!

Never have any issues with the customer service here. However, their posted hours apparently don't matter to them that much. I have gone when they're supposed to open, and they are closed. This happened a few times now.
