I used Dave Rogers a few times and the service was good. Back when he had a office and you could meet with him face to face. Then covid came and his service dropped tremendously..he went to a virtual only service. He replied to my first email asking him if he could do my taxes. Then I sent all my documents and never did hear back from him. It seems to be a similar trend to what others are experiencing. I found that he started another firm in BC. Called business management solutions Inc. And he has the exact same poor reviews. I gave up trying to chase him down and went with another local bookkeeper that had 5 Star reviews and goth the job done the same day. Highly recommend do not use this service. You will be disappointed

Things seemed very promising - Dave was happy to take the mess of paperwork and make it better. At first all was well ... documents got handed over, the initial complications managed, and then .... radio silence. No response to emails or calls, no updates, nothing. I have no idea what happened. Surely if there was some kind of crisis, we'd have been notified. We haven't even been billed for the things that *were* done. Very puzzling.

Turned in our tax papers and were told he would have them completed in a few days. That was 2 months ago. We've left numerous voicemails, emails and even messaged him through his web page. No response to any of it. We'd like to get our tax papers back to have someone else complete since the tax deadline is coming and he's holding them ransom since he won't get back to us. Avoid at all costs!
