We needed to special additonal coverage for our vehicle which our current insurance company could not provide. We thought to try the route through an insurance broker. Instead of contacting a larger firm, we decided to first contact a smaller broker hoping to get a more personalized service. Our first contact with Carlos at R.K. Mooney was already very promising and we had a good feeling. We didn't even bother shopping around with other brokers. From the beginning he was listening to our needs and took the matter serious to find the best option for us. His responses were always very prompt within hours and not pushy at all. We actually ended up to also insure another personal vehicle and our home. Due to the special auto coverage we needed, we were prepared to pay a much higher premium. But to top things off, at the end the full insurance package was actually quite a bit lower than the premium of our previous insurance company.
I can highly recommend M.K. Mooney if you are looking for a insurance broker who takes your needs seriously and offers a personalized approach.
