What a great experience with Ride collective they got us exactly what we wanted and stayed in our price range not to mention the time line we gave to make a rally we really wanted to take our new toys to. I purchased a seadoo on July 4th. Was finally delivered on July 24th. I took the machine out on Sunday July 27th for a little over an hour. Then took it out again on July 29th for another hour and a half. The seadoo broke down on the water leaving me stranded and needing to be towed to shore. Notified Ride Collective of the issue but nothing is being don’t to help fix the situation. C’mon Ride Collective this ain’t right. I rode the thing for 3 hours.
So Ride Collective are saying it is user error that broke the unit. I’ve called, left messages, and emails to this company. They will not respond to me or call me back but they will respond to this public review. Ride Collective will not answer or call back the repair service manager where I took the seadoo to be accessed. Saying it is user error is both inaccurate and laughable because you won’t even talk to the repair shop who has called you guys daily.

I had a great experience with Ride Collective. While there were a few small hiccups at the start, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ended with complete satisfaction. The paperwork, signatures, and negotiation process were all handled smoothly and efficiently—super professional from start to finish.

A big thank you to Max and his team for setting everything up so seamlessly. The pickup process was clear and easy, and the condition of the bike was exactly as described—if not better. They provided all the information I asked for without hesitation and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

At the end of the day, they got me my dream bike—a Harley Davidson Fat Boy—and for that, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Ride Collective to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated team in the motorcycle world.
