Nice building but terrible service. Kelly treated me like a criminal from start to finish. I eventually walked out in disgust despite multiple attempts to satisfy her rigid demands. Its as if she revels in wielding the tiny amount of power she has and goes out of her way to ensure maximum disappointment. Horrible person.
