I've had an excellent experience with Becca Angotti. With my policy renewal coming up, I was in search of different quotes since my policy kept increasing without any claims. Becca did a search for me and mentioned a different insurance company that fits my demographic and was significantly cheaper from my other policy and other quotes I received. I've made the switch and she has made it very easy and stress free. Becca responds to her emails in a timely manner and is always kind when answering questions by email or phone. Poor communication, I emailed my broker multiple times with out response. Till I reached out to the president. I don’t like writing negative reviews and sounding like a “Karen” so I will leave it at that . My advice is to shop around till you find a broker more personable

Phoned Leah at Baseline Insurance at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon for insurance for my truck that I was picking up at 5.00pm. She had it all sorted and in place in time without a hitch. WOW SO IMPRESSED, so I was looking around for places to provide me with a decent quote and service, but was I shocked 15min on the phone knocked off close to $1200 a year....YEAH ME TOO, my previous provider dropped the ball for the last time, looking forward to coming here.
