In a word, amazing! Fred took down my information, and in a day had a policy quote from a major insurer that saved me over $3,000 (home + auto) vs. our current insurance. It took much less effort to give him our information than it did to give it to even one insurance provider, so this is a far better way to search for a good policy.

Once we chose the provider / policy he recommended he told us exactly what further information and documents were needed, and handled every question we had almost instantaneously. The policy arrived as promised, was exactly correct, and he answered a few detailed questions I had on it right away. His attention to detail and customer service is truly exceptional. I'd give ten stars if I could!
