Our atm card got skimmed here. It’s the only place we used in canada. Got contacted by my bank a few days afterwards. I’m American, so I can’t call in to complain. Hoping this review lets people know something may be up with this atm machine. RBC, please examine this location’s atm.

Its an RBC. Nice layout, though the ATMs are behind locked does at night. There is a couch for waiting for your appointment and a good layout for the teller lines. It is not designed for high volume for traffic.
Friendly staff and the usual services.

I recommend it, my first contact with a bank in Canada and I consider it successful. Special thanks for Mary's professionalism and good human attitude. Yesterday, Mary spent more than 30 minutes with me, and today she familiarized me as much as possible with the financial banking system of Canada and opened an account. After this interaction, I feel protected and trust this bank. Mary everything is cool, thank you very much. As for the bank itself, the conditions are good, I will check it in practice

This location no longer has tellers and doesn't do any cash transactions. It's pretty useless and the staff here also gave me incorrect information. There's essentially no real reason to come here except for the ATM.

If there is a option not to give a star that would be for this branch only. it is allways in renovation and when they are open you cant finish work. They ask you to do online no to bother them.

The customer service is horrible. My husband and I went there to ask about rewards points. We have a problem that our address in RBC reward program is incorrect. My husband explained it and they couldn't help. When he asked if we decide to close our credit cards what is going to be with the reward points and RBC representative said she doesn't know. Really? Is it normal to say so to the client? I though you should say I need to ask my colleague as I'm not sure or call for support. We are highly not satisfied with RBC and their services. We almost transferred our money to another bank and going to close our accounts at RBC. I wish RBC would be more client-oriented bank with better customer support.
