Where to even begin! I finished the Lower Body Rapid Online Training and I have to say it exceeded my expectations! The material and information provided is in-depth and not taught anywhere else, nor at this level. Let me also say, there is not one boring moment within this training! Sherry and Rob are amazing instructors! They bring learning to life even though it is online! I enjoyed every moment. The rapid courses are full of tons of valuable information. The amount of valuable information is so helpful in trying to achieve success with helping clients with their pain.
