Would not buy a car or recommend this dealer to anyone I know. While my situation occurred 3 years ago, i wouldn't have thought anything more about except I see they are now bragging about their "star" rating on google. My wife purchased a car through their original location on Windmill road in April 2019 - a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We were reasonably happy with the purchase and price for the car, and financed through them during purchase. Late 2020 we decided to upgrade to a newer vehicle, and upon trading vehicle were informed that the Sonata had been in a serious accident and repaired - damages at the time to the original owner were $15,000!!! Therefore, the value of the car as a trade would be substantially less than fair market value. This was NEVER disclosed to us at time of purchase and since we were buying this from a dealer we falsely assumed a CARFAX wasn't necessary. I drove immediately to the dealership and was told by the manager, "so sorry this happened, what they could do was to give us fair market value on a trade towards another car on their lot" - NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
