UPDATE: Since my last post back in 2019, I have purchased a new Toyota Tundra 2022 back in July. I luv my new truck. One of the reasons I buy Toyota is quality built and i buy from Quesnel Toyota because of the sales/management team. All the staff there is fantastic. I cant say enough about the team there. You want great service go to Quesnel Toyota. On another matter separate from Quesnel Toyota is Toyota Canada in dealing with an issue that could have easily been rectified months ago after i bought my truck. I had Toyota install a toni-cover for my truck and sadly to find out that the factory where my truck was being built had a small bit of damage that was covered up by the worker in factory. I was surprised that it was not noted on file when Toyota received truck in Quesnel BC. I have tried to close off the issue and have had the management team at Quesnel Toyota go to back for me. Toyota Canada does not want to admit or make amends based on principal. The truck is fixed and it was Quesnel Toyota staff that took care of it and apologized for the fact damage was hidden and not disclosed. Toyota Canada 8 months later NOTHING.

All staff are great...Katrina is my go to wen buying a vehicle.. looking at to buying a vehicle Toyota quesnel rocks...service dept is great too...dog friendly

I had a good experience here, no pressure by sales staff. Katrina is great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Most dealerships just want you to buy bigger, better, pricier cars but she actually listened and worked to find the right vehicle for our needs. We are satisfied with our purchase, and the follow-up from them after the sale was made was a nice touch, felt our business was appreciated.

I brought my 2017 Toyota in for what I thought was a simple issue. I bought a new part and had it installed for $500- when I got my car back the issue was not fixed and I had a separate problem with it that I did not have before being in Toyota shop. I dropped it off at the dealership again, when I returned for a review of the issues(s) they told me that it was just a fluke that this part broke while my car was in their care and nothing was wrong with the part I just had them replace, but now I would need to spend $3500 fixing both problems now. I called the manager and relayed this info, but I never heard back. DO not take your car here for service or repair.
Edit 4/13/2022; Bottom line, my car was broken while in their care and they expect me to fix it at my cost and my heater cable that I already paid for does not work either.

16Jan21 - RR window on 2002 RAV4 came off railing. Bill$239.33
(mostly labor). Appt 0800. Told to return @ 0900 - not done. Couldn't see them working on vehicle for at least 30 min. when peering thru bay window. About 1000 was presented with bill. My son-in-law had previously done it in approx. 40 min. Had always had pretty good service for years before. Haven't been back since.
