I will be leaving Prospers after 25+ years with Westminster savings. I places a call at 11.11am left a message for a callback I and it's now 2pm... really it takes over 2 hours to call a client back, DISGRACEFUL. If I had a ZERO STARS THIS WOULD BE THE SCORE!!! I wonder how many people lost their jobs with this merger... service has been terrible since the changeover in January 2022 both in person and now NO SERVICE on line.

Save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere... I know I will!!!

I’ve been with this company for over 15 years. Since the merge they’ve been little to no help. I tried to open a savings account attached to my chequing account and was told I can’t at this time. Due to my credit, yet my credit is in the 700s. I’ve always had trouble with their mobile banking app not working or glitching out, and I need something reliable. I’m going to recommend using a different bank, this one is useless.

I have been with Westminster savings for almost 40 years, I amoving my account to Van City. The service level at my branch at Dunwood plaza is awful .
My frustration level would take far to long to explain and I don't have time to spell it out
I'm very sorry to leave but I can't continue to put up with the terrible service . Since the amalgamation of the two companies it's been awful ..

If there were any advice I could give in this world it would be to avoid Westminster savings/Prospera.

This company has illegally charged a customer of 30 years customers with fraudulent charges thanks to a third party and refused to allow proper investigation, refused to even offer the slightest of easements then makes completely unreasonable demands (a total payment of the fraudulent charges coming to a sum of thousands) DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!?

Not to mention when a complaint was made against a specific employee and were asked SPECIFICALLY TOLD NOT TO DEAL WITH ANYMORE EMAILS US DIRECTLY ABOUT THE ISSUE.

This not only is a betrayal of our trust but a blatant act of illegal disclosure.

In summary avoid wscu and prospera like the plague they are.

Normally very good, but their call centre people are all over the map with their attitude. There's one person who is very arrogant, another who's direct and competent. The experience is very dependant on who you talk to. They'd benefit greatly from some standard training.

I have been dealing with Depesh who is a mortgage Specialist and I feel that he has gone out of his way to accommodate me with a mortgage and I feel that if any one out there is looking for a mortgage you should try with this credit union they helped me out tremendously
