Stay away from these clowns! Before I started the application I told PLC that there was a small balance owing on the vehicle. I advised PLC on this on the initial email! PLC asked me to fill out the application. I filled it out with all the information with pictures submitted etc. I get a call back this morning saying we cannot do the loan because of the small balance owing. I said why did you not tell me this at the start as you had the information. I said check your emails and sure enough he saw the information. The comment to me was " it went thru 3 people and it was missed" what a poor excuse and good old deflecting. Stay away from this reckless unprofessional gong show. You will thank me later.

If your looking to get a loan fast this is the right place to go. I sent in an application online and received a call within a half hour, I went over my vehicle info with the agent and he told me that I qualified for a loan. The process was very easy and the agent went over everything making sure I understood all the Fees, and I even got the borrowed amount I was looking for. I am a very pleased customer!!!

The website indicates they want "The second set of keys to your vehicle". Not happening. Find another place that will not take you vehicle in the middle of the night.
