She was very helpful enjoyed working with her. She knows her stuff. when I first walked in she greeted me and we got started. Once we sat down I was telling her I wanted to upgrade. We went through all my options and we picked a data plan that worked for me. Once I got the new phone she transferred all my data, and walked me through it. Shana was an absolutely brilliant Saleswoman. She was patient and helpful, she never made me feel rushed, and she was very knowledgeable and willing to help me and my daughter, who is new to making payments, understand the ins and outs of owning a phone. She helped us get the best deal we could get, and was very helpful in finding the proper accessories for my daughter’s phone, as her job requires a fairly protective case etc. Shana was patient and diligent and I’d be glad to have her help me again in the future, in fact, I’d specifically ask for her again!
