I had parcel that was delayed and Canada post was unable to track its whereabouts. It was a very time sensitive delivery as it had fertilized hatching eggs and couldn't be left exposed to the night time temperatures for risk of embryos becoming non viable.

I was on the phone with Canada post multiple times a day trying to find this package, with not much help

The girls at the pemberton post office called us the moment they arrived at work and recieved the parcel (before they were open, and over an hour before Canada post even reached out to me)

Big thank you to pemberton post office for being so on top of it, and reaching out to us with such urgency

The people are wonderful... but with the Covid, I’m wondering what the line up will be like at Christmas?
There is only one till and the process to mail parcels and returns is going to be beyond people’s patience.
The town’s population has grown enough over the last few years to justify a second till . Customer service
With two tills would also take the stress off the good people that work there.

This is not about the folks behind the counter,this is about the delivery people.I have a box number,the same as my landlord’s,except mine is Box A,which is clearly visible on all my mail,however when my landlord’s go away for the winter,they have a stop delivery notice,but for some reason the delivery folks can’t read,or are too lazy,or are dyslexic,but all my mail goes to their box!!!Ive been in twice to rectify this sitch,but I haven’t received any mail,for a month now!!!Im waiting for bills,my T4s etc,not impressed,kinda weak!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews given to this Canada Post office. This is the nicest one I've been to in Canada! I love the smiles and kind service I get from the ladies (at least was true during the tough year 2020)
I was constantly going because I get no mail in my home and got everything to the post office. Awesome customer service, despite me getting all these packages ?❤️

Thank you Nancy, Kama and staff at the Pemberton PO. I have been waiting for a package to be returned since early Nov, Nancy your advise to create a ticket on the Can Post site enabled a "so far" very easy process. Thank you for all your help!

The worst canada post ever that hired stupid store manager Name TJ Reynn. He is asking 14 year old for government ID. Someone has to tell him student ID is the only ID that eveywhere ag accepting as an ID from 14 years old. He was telling me it has to be a passport or Birthday certificate. Mr. TJ Reynn, If you are teaching me what is government ID, please show us where in passport and Birth Certificate has Address. I have contacted Canada Post and Student ID is a valid ID for under age people. Schools are under government. Please get some education. We moved are all our Medications to this store, but I dont want ever go back there since the service that I got was the worst. No wonder you don’t have got rating.

Wonderful staff... they could use two tills going or the option to have more staff. I am very pleased with the service the staff provides
